Evening Driftwood Beach Elopement Wedding Jekyll Island Photography
A quick call to schedule an elopement wedding on the beach of Jekyll Island for the upcoming weekend! That is a real elopement that we all have heard of.. and it was spectacular! These two were so happy to have found each other! It was a beautiful summer evening on Driftwood beach for this couple as they said their “I do”. As you take it all in you realize that this is perfect! They also agreed to do some fun trash the dress session at the end.. Which I was so pleased about!! What a great time for fun photography! High School boys are much different than girls when photographing them. Usually they are only up for a few photos, because its for their mom anyway. Perfect Sea Palms Resort Wedding on St Simons Island, GA
I am always amazed at how lucky I am to have the best clients ever. This wedding proved to be out of this world, even with the rain. The bride, groom and family were wonderful. The wedding was held at Sea Palms Resort, St. Simons Island, Georgia. Sea Palms Resort is perfect for that stunning southern wedding.
I am always so honored to be a part of a wedding. To witness two people so in to each other in love, is so wonderful! These two were so cute together.. they fit together wonderfully.
They choose to have their first look before the ceremony. It is so emotional to see couples do this, its intimate and gives them private time together the day of the wedding, which most of the time you spend all day surrounded by so many family and friends. This couple also did their grand exit which, was so awesome.. with bubbles and laughter.. I really enjoyed capturing that. But before the made their final departure, they played around in the pond (yes with their wedding attire still on) how much fun! They will forever remember what a fabulous PERFECT wedding day they had!

Driftwood Beach is perfect for Family Photography
Driftwood beach is perfect for photography. Every time I go there, I find something new and different. Depending on the tide too you will find something new. From shells, to sea glass to a hidden rocks and trees.
This fun family came all the way from Wisconsin to their Coastal Georgia vacation. Jekyll Island was sure to please!

Missed the Sunrise session {Jekyll Island, Georgia Photography}
This was an early early morning beach session in hopes to catch the sun rising, however storms were around this day and we didnt not get any sunrise.. but we prevailed and got some awesome beach portraits anyway! I love sibling rivalry too!
