Can you believe that summer is gone already? Take today for instance, its cold and windy.. Well for Georgia its cold. However, we still go to the beach during the winter months. Anyway, I already miss the summer sun already.

Colorful Family Driftwood Beach Photo Session

Vacation Beach Photos on St Simons Island Photography
What a fun time this was photographing this family and long time friends while vacationing at St Simons Island. We walked out to East Beach that morning. Taking advantage of all that the Golden Isles has to offer. As you can see, we had a great great time!! And I just LOVE jump photos.. they make me the photographer giggle every time!

High School Senior Photos on Jekyll Island, GA
High School boys are much different than girls when photographing them. Usually they are only up for a few photos, because its for their mom anyway. But these 3 boys all took part in these photos.. and we had so so so much fun! 2 of these boys are in collage now tho.. Very exciting and mom is SO proud of all 3 of her boys!

Jekyll Island Destination Wedding Photographer on Driftwood Beach
These two and their little dog (which stayed in the hotel), snuck away to Jekyll Island, Georgia to Elope! I can say that this was the perfect wedding! No pressure, no drawn out details or agenda….
They snapped a few cell phone pics to upload to facebook later that night to make their announcement of their marriage to friends and family!

Diva and a Cake Smash Session at the studio in Darien, GA
This little Diva came to me for her first portraits at Jeannie Reeves Photography when she was only 3 months old, then again when she was 9 months old and now at a whopping ONE years old!
I truly adore this family and their lovely children! One year cake smash sessions are hit and miss.. they are fun either way, but you just never know what you are going to get. Funny thing is you would think that a child this age having the go ahead to smash a cake and make a HUGE mess would.. but seldom do. Its Funny.
Seriously, no matter the fussy or temper a one year old can have.. we will wait on him or her to have some fun and make some memories that everyone can be proud of! So if you asked this sweet babies mama how she was during her cake smash session you would probably get, “she cried the entire time”. LOL I sure can’t tell she cried that much! hahaha

Driftwood Beach is perfect for Family Photography
Driftwood beach is perfect for photography. Every time I go there, I find something new and different. Depending on the tide too you will find something new. From shells, to sea glass to a hidden rocks and trees.
This fun family came all the way from Wisconsin to their Coastal Georgia vacation. Jekyll Island was sure to please!

Dainty Girl is One {Darien, GA Child Photographer}
I enjoy seeing and photographing this darling little girl! She is so dainty and adorable! I also love how she makes the cutest faces and sounds.. she is a HAM.
This is her 1 year cake smash session as well.. we had a blast with her cupcake!
Cake Smash sessions are so much fun! I capture all the fun, smiles and… mess. I can also provide a custom “large” cupcake and balloons for $40 extra. (you can always bring your own cake if you wish). Oh and no mess for you to clean up.. well except the mess on your toddler that is.
