A quick call to schedule an elopement wedding on the beach of Jekyll Island for the upcoming weekend! That is a real elopement that we all have heard of.. and it was spectacular! These two were so happy to have found each other! It was a beautiful summer evening on Driftwood beach for this couple as they said their “I do”. As you take it all in you realize that this is perfect! They also agreed to do some fun trash the dress session at the end.. Which I was so pleased about!! What a great time for fun photography! Say Yes to the Dress Wedding on Jekyll Island, GA Photographer

Say Yes to the Dress – Atlanta and wow what a dress and what a bride it was! While planning her fabulous Jekyll Island destination wedding, she stumbled upon a TLC questionnaire and filled it out. Never thinking much about it, until later when she was struck with her very own wedding dress disaster. She had bought and paid for a wedding dress online, but it did not arrive as planned and she was only days away from her wedding. The producers had contacted her again and the show “Say Yes to the Dress” came to the rescue with a new wedding dress. It was at this time that I got the call from Carla Pryor from St Simons Elopements that this upcoming wedding I was booked for was going to be much bigger and a tons more fun! The wedding was gorgeous and all the amazing details for the most perfect destination beach wedding were in place! Stay tuned for this episode to air estimated Jan. 2012.

On this day there was a wedding – Jekyll Island Georgia Photography

This day, on this day in July, it was the perfect day. The sun was shining, the birds were singing and these two came together as husband and wife… and what a glorious day that was. They chose the magical island of Jekyll Island, Georgia to say “I do” to each other. This beautiful bride adorned with flower petals in her hair and her groom with a twinkle in his eye for his bride! Best Friends, soul mates together at last!
This bride is so lovely and creative. She made her own bouquet from wildflowers as well as the flowers in her hair. She also wore a necklace made from a stone that was from her grandmother’s ring and carried a handkerchief that is a family heirloom, as well. She would be presenting her groom with the ring that his grandfather wore too. Love, Family and Friendship!

Intimate Beach Elopement on Jekyll Island, GA

Married under a beach Gazebo at Villas by the Sea on Jekyll Island, Ga. Can an elopement get any better than that? I don’t think so.

This Bride and Groom are both serving our country in the Military Air Force. They met while stationed at Warner Robins Air Force Base. That is where they fell in love, but new orders separated them and sent the Groom to Germany, but their love stayed stronger than ever. The groom had some leave in and they decided to make plans to elope on Jekyll Island during his leave.

These two giggled and laughed like true lovers would do. I told the bride that her laughter and smile was so big and hypnotic kinda like Julia Roberts laughter is.

Perfect Sea Palms Resort Wedding on St Simons Island, GA

I am always amazed at how lucky I am to have the best clients ever. This wedding proved to be out of this world, even with the rain. The bride, groom and family were wonderful. The wedding was held at Sea Palms Resort, St. Simons Island, Georgia. Sea Palms Resort is perfect for that stunning southern wedding.

I am always so honored to be a part of a wedding. To witness two people so in to each other in love, is so wonderful! These two were so cute together.. they fit together wonderfully.

They choose to have their first look before the ceremony. It is so emotional to see couples do this, its intimate and gives them private time together the day of the wedding, which most of the time you spend all day surrounded by so many family and friends. This couple also did their grand exit which, was so awesome.. with bubbles and laughter.. I really enjoyed capturing that. But before the made their final departure, they played around in the pond (yes with their wedding attire still on) how much fun! They will forever remember what a fabulous PERFECT wedding day they had!

This beautiful and intimate wedding took place at the brides parents home on St Simons Island, Georgia. Close by their side was their wonderful fun fun family! There was so much love around everyone this evening!

I absolutely adored this family! They were so much fun, I am sure when they all get together it is a party each time.. with lots of laughter and crazy fun! Families like this really make my job easy and so fun! I rushed back to the studio late that night excited to see their photos. Enjoy!

Brunswick Couple says “I do” – {Brunswick, Ga Wedding Photographer}

This fun couple took a few minutes out of their crazy hospitals schedules to get married, and what a beautiful wedding it was. The colors blue and green were so beautiful too! The day started off with the wedding party hopping into a Limousine and taking a short drive over to St Simons Island Lighthouse for a few fun photos. Then we headed back to the heart of Brunswick for a intimate ceremony. As you can see from the photos, the reception was ALL fun too! Congratulations you two! I really enjoyed being a part of your special day!

Romantic Elopement at Epworth by the Sea {St. Simons Island Photographer}

It was a great honor to document this beautiful and very romantic elopement, held at the Gazebo right by the Frederica River on St Simons Island. After the ceremony, we walked around and I captured the love that these two had for each other.. So much fun.. they were laughing and smiling and kissing.. PERFECT!!!
